摘要: The increasing use of enterprise social networks (ESN) generates vast amounts data, giving researchers and managerial decision makers unprecedented opportunities for analysis. However, more transparency about the available data dimensions how these can be combined is needed to yield accurate insights into multi-facetted phenomenon ESN use. In order address this issue, we first conducted a systematic literature review identify integrated them conceptual framework. We then adopted framework as part mixed methods research approach comprehensively analyze an empirical case. With our results serving proof concept show that derived from different combining improve validity application also allows us derive detailed guideline sources in analysis support makers.
