摘要: Rotavirus is the most common cause of severe gastroenteritis in infants and young children worldwide. Health-state utility measures used economic evaluations rotavirus vaccines do not reflect differences between mild symptoms and, therefore, adequately capture preferences for non-fatal outcomes associated with industrialized countries. This paper describes development results a survey specifically designed to develop quality-adjusted time equivalents among sample parents United States as an alternative conventional QALY assessing cost-effectiveness.
