摘要: Abstract In the present paper, solvent extraction process has been used for of cadmium from sulfate solution using di-(2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid (D2EHPA) with 1% isodecanol in kerosene diluent expected industrial effluents or leaching ores/secondary materials. Different parameters such as pH, contact time, extractant concentration, O/A ratio etc. were investigated. Results demonstrated that quantitative was feasible 4.45 mM feed single stage at equilibrium pH 4.5, time 2 min and 1:1 0.15 mM D2EHPA. The mechanism by D2EHPA could be represented Cd 2 +  + 3/2 (H A ) org  ⇔ CdA (HA)  + 2H . loading capacity determined to ∼ 8.9 mM cadmium. loaded effectively stripped 180 g/L sulfuric acid. metal salt produced electrolysis crystallization solution.
