摘要: Two cases of constriction the umbilical cord resulting in fetal demise following midtrimester amniocentesis are presented. In both cases, real-time ultrasonography prior to revealed a viable fetus. Fetal was identified immediately procedure first case and one month later other. A localized at end both, with torsion constricted segment second case, observed. Wharton's jelly noted be deficient this case. The mechanism is discussed. It suggested that abnormality should considered when follows amniocentesis.
