摘要: The speciation of both volatile and non-volatile antimony compounds in biota has undergone tremendous improvements during recent years. However, many severe problems such as the preservation species information, extractability Sb, availability Sb standard still hamper reliable Sb. Although distinct progress been made towards hyphenation adequate separation devices with powerful element-specific detectors, only limited information can be derived from those experiments. This review highlights current state-of-the-art speciation, focusing on hyphenated instrumental techniques well encountered. Issues biomethylation, biological significance, occupational environmental exposure are discussed. principal limitations, further directions for research needed to improve procedures described.
