摘要: In rats, immunoreactivity was demonstrated in the brush border of choroid plexus, wall blood vessels brain, and proximal tubules kidney, using peroxidase-antiperoxidase technique (PAP) an anti-pulmonary converting-enzyme antibody. These findings correlate with biochemical data activity plexus other tissues. Possible functions enzyme relation to its localization are discussed.
