摘要: Histochemically, the secretory material of subcommissural organ (SCO) has been characterized as a polysaccharide—protein complex (Oksche 1962; Naumann 1968; Diederen 1970); most probably it represents N-linked complex-type glycoproteins (Meiniel and Meiniel 1985; et al. 1986, 1988; Rodriguez 1987, 1990; Herrera 1990). The immunocytochemical study bovine SCO using antibodies raised against Reissner’s fiber (RF) showed that present in rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER), granules, RF is strongly immunoreactive (Hein Nualart 1991).
