摘要: Histochemically, the secretory material of subcommissural organ (SCO) has been characterized as a polysaccharide—protein complex (Oksche 1962; Naumann 1968; Diederen 1970); most probably it represents N-linked complex-type glycoproteins (Meiniel and Meiniel 1985; et al. 1986, 1988; Rodriguez 1987, 1990; Herrera 1990). The immunocytochemical study bovine SCO using antibodies raised against Reissner’s fiber (RF) showed that present in rough endoplasmic reticulum (RER), granules, RF is strongly immunoreactive (Hein Nualart 1991). Concanavalin A (ConA, affinity = mannose, glucose)-binding sites have only found RER, whereas Limax flavus agglutinin (LFA, sialic acid) bound to granules (Nualart
