摘要: Abstract The structure of proteins related by evolution are remarkably alike even when the observed sequence similarities statistically marginal or seemingly non-existent. Similar protein substructures found in for which there is no evidence common ancestry and similarity their global topology. Recent advances comparison whole proteins, together with analysis parts, have paved way use structural information prediction modelling, engineering, alignments, investigations evolution, among a host other applications.
