摘要: Nowadays low cost components are needed for the commercial implementation of PONs and uncooled offer a practical important alternative. In this paper we present experimental results on temperature bias current behavior VCSEL, Fabry Perot DFB devices. The useful in understanding developing techniques that may help to correct temperature-dependent wavelength applications.
