摘要: There is provided a light emitting device which bright and has low electric power consumption high reliability. A triplet EL element 203 electrically connected to current controlling TFT 102 in pixel portion 201. luminescent material used for the feature that obtained by excitation, exhibits luminous efficiency at operation voltage as compared with prior art. Accordingly, made voltage, so reliability can be obtained.
