摘要: The distribution of the protein-carrier one coronary dilatatory glycopeptides, neurohormone “G” (PCG) in rat heart was examined by immunohistochemistry. PCG-immunoreactive nerve fibers and varicosities were found around cardiac ganglion cells close topographical contact with vessels capillaries heart. anatomical localization PCG-containing neuronal similar that calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) neuropeptide Y (NPY); however, intensity stainings different. In contrast to NPY immunostainings, did not show any PCG immunoreactivity. Some small, SIF cell-like immunopositive neurons also immunostained PCG. atrial cardiomyocytes, only ANP exhibited fairly intensive Fourteen days after vagotomy, no considerable changes other neuropeptides investigated fibers. presence elements suggests a possible role this cardiovascular regulations.
