摘要: Since 1997, more and cases of the infectious H5N1 avian influenza virus (AIV) in humans have been reported all over world but transmission to stray cats has little demonstrated. The objective this pilot investigation was determine prevalence AIV antibodies eastern China where is dominant enzootic highly pathogenic (HP AIV). A total 1,020 nasal swab serum samples were collected tested. Evidence HPAI present two that positive by HI assay NT assay, respectively. results imply Clade 2.3.2 HPAIV infections poultry did not significantly affect rural animal shelters or suburban environment China. In future studies, these can be used as baseline seroepidemiological levels for among J. Med. Virol. 87:1436–1440, 2015. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
