摘要: The evaluation of patients presenting with multinodular pulmonary disease provides an important clinical challenge for physicians. differential diagnosis includes extensive list benign and malignant processes making the management these cases frequently problematic. With introduction high-resolution CT (HRCT) scanning, ability to assess various patterns diffuse has evolved into essential part diagnostic process. purpose this article is develop approach parenchymal using HRCT scan pattern recognition as a point departure.
