摘要: Transcoding of a video stream to reduce the size with little, if any, loss in quality after subsampling. After accessing pictures (i.e., frames or fields), blocks picture are each subject matrix pre-multiplication and post-multiplication. Such multiplication does degrade subsampling was not occur. However, post-multiplication matrices calculated based on that will be used ultimately subsample such eventually occurs, multiplications result minimal quality.
