摘要: Abstract We have previously observed that the frequency of loss heterozygosity (LOH) on chromosome 18q was low in adenomas and intramucosal carcinomas, whereas invasive carcinomas exhibited a high familial adenomatous polyposis patients (M. Miyaki et al. , Cancer Res., 50: 7166–7173, 1990). In present study, LOH at DCC locus expression gene into mRNA were analyzed colorectal tumors with distinct histopathological types. The showed also lost locus. examined level 233-base pair fragments nucleotide 986–1218 complementary DNA. moderate-to-severe adenoma, 5 carcinoma-in-adenomas, 4 as normal mucosa, it greatly reduced or not detectable most (13 16) carcinomas. Among these 7 11 LOH, but no LOH. These results suggest is included allelic deletion 18q, progression carcinoma from early stage to advanced accompanies inactivation through other mechanisms.
