摘要: The present invention relates to a sintered product containing silicon carbide as main component which comprises phase(a) at least one metal selected from among Al, Sc, Y and rare earth elements oxygen, particle phase(b) comprising carbides of Ti, Zr, Hf, Va, Nb, Ta, W the like, composite phase(c) said surrounding matrix(d) in above phase(a), (b) (c) are dispersed. exhibits remarkably high strength toughness have not been attained up this time, so that it can form various heat-resistant structural materials having reliability.
