摘要: The present invention relates to the prognosis, therapeutic stratification and treatment of colorectal cancer. More in particular, discloses that significantly increased levels transmembrane type 1 neuregulin-1 tumor-associated mesenchymal cells a sample patient indicate has worse prognosis when compared patients having low cells. Moreover, usage expression predict resistance HER1 inhibitors during cancer therapy and/or whether would benefit from based on prevention HER3 activity.
