摘要: In many regions rural tourism is accepted usually as a natural part of the socio-economic fabric juxtaposed with agriculture. It clear that based on amenities, however, it not how relates to Is agricultural activity an important and even necessary component or does provide farmer auxiliary funding continue farming? Do active farms enjoy economies scope run both businesses more efficiently than only single activity? These issues have been approached rigorously. The objective this paper investigate whether enterprises combined farming differ from those without affects enterprise. analysis face-to-face survey 200 operators B&B in Israel. owners were asked about characteristics B&B, labor capital input, revenues number bed nights. cases when they running farm what manner tourists are exposed amenities (i.e., tourist offered related farm, he landscape, etc.).
