摘要: Abstract The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect thermal manipulation (TM) during embryogenesis on hatchability, growth performance and thermotolerance acquisition parameters challenge (TC). Seven-hundred fifty fertile chicken eggs were divided randomly into three groups (250 each): control group maintained at 37.8 °C 56% relative humidity (RH), TM 1 subjected 38.8 °C for 6 h 65% RH embryonic days (ED)10–18 2 18 h ED10–18. Hatched chicks from each treatment then two sub-treatment (Naive TC). Chicks in TC by adjusting room temperature 41.0 °C 3, 7, 42 age while naive kept under regular conditions (25 ± 1 °C 50–60% RH). Percentage hatched recorded post-hatch chick evaluated recording body weight (BW). Chick’s response determination (T b ), plasma T 3 4 levels, muscle mRNA levels Hsp70. There a significant increase Hsp70 chicks. While hatchability not adversely affected, significantly higher end period (42 days). Results indicated long-term enhancement gene expression associated with improved treated without affecting performance.
