摘要: Four weeks' confinement of rats in individual airtight cages with walls defined permeability for respiratory gases induced hypoxic pulmonary hypertension and right ventricular hypertrophy. Parameters isometric contractility strips hypertrophied myocardium did not show significant changes when compared the parameters inotropic state slices normal ventricle.
