摘要: Variability in response to antipsychotic drug treatment may be caused by variable patient compliance, interactions with other drugs, pharmacokinetic variations and concentration-response relationships at the receptor level. Pharmacokinetic some cases compensated individual dosage adjustments based on plasma level measurements. The interpatient variability a certain time-course of concentrations site could hitherto only assessed clinical judgement. New methods for vivo assessment occupancy hold promise possible measurement parameters accounting least part interindividual variation
