摘要: Electrodermal activity has been studied in patients with focal brain injury mainly to evaluate hypotheses about the relative contribution of two cerebral hemispheres emotional processes. Theoretical proposals on this issue originated from clinical observations indicating different reactions following damage either hemisphere. Left damaged (LBD) display what defined as a “catastrophic reaction”: failures neuropsychological testing may induce crying, swearing, or declaring their impotence (Gainotti, 1969, 1972). Often reaction an abrupt onset and offset. Reactions right (RBD) are sharp contrast pattern; often these appear unconcerned symptoms (e.g., arm paralysis) which treated matter fact fashion (indifferent reaction) 1. At times, even fatuous lacking inhibition Somewhat similar have reported case transient inactivation due amytal sodium injection Terzian Cecotto, 1959).
