摘要: Iminosugar compounds are described that have inbuilt delivery features by virtue of covalent incorporation a tocopherol moiety, or alternative moieties analogs select cholesterol, its antagonist “Ezitimibe”; and likely to broad spectrum antiviral activity. The differ from previous iminosugar compounds, even lipophillic ones, being more hydrophobic resembling fats oils in their partition behavior vivo into lipid phases lipoproteins, cellular droplet organelles biological membranes. These confer number unique attributes vivo, favorable the therapy virus infections involving cells lymphoid system liver, particular, but these also general for treatment man animals.
