摘要: The expression of Fos, the protein product primary response gene c-fos, was used metabolically to map short-term (1 hr) effects urethane and sodium pentobarbital anesthesia in rat. Subsequently, urethane-anesthetized rats were study integrated electrical stimulation (1–1.5 pontine parabrachial nucleus (PBN), an important center for relay autonomic information brain. Immunohistochemistry localize Fos-like immunoreactivity (FLI) To approximate amounts FLI conscious animal, killed immediately after attaining surgical with (50 mg/kg) or (1.2–1.7 gm/kg). No found brains these rats. In 1 hr pentobarbital, only habenulae. After h anesthesia, low levels following areas: tractus solitarius (NTS); caudal rostral ventrolateral medulla (VLM); lateral PBN; ventromedial, paraventricular, supraoptic nuclei (SON) hypothalamus; medial preoptic area; central amygdala (ACE); endopiriform cortex; insular piriform islands Calleja. Electrical PBN (10 sec on, 10 off;15–50 microA at 20 Hz 60–90 min) anesthetized led increases mean arterial pressure (10–30 mm Hg) ipsilateral PBN, dorsal division SON, ACE, nucleus, cortex, two animals, ventromedial hypothalamus amygdaloid nucleus.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)
