摘要: Abstract The effect of gamma radiation and storage on the characteristics oil extracted from peanut seeds has been investigated in this study. Peanut were undergone irradiation process with doses 1, 2 3 kGy. changes chemical physical attributes observed immediately after 12 months storage. data obtained experiments showed that had no qualities such as, fatty acid composition, peroxide value, iodine value specification number, TBA color seeds. On contrary, peroxide, acidity values decreased due to time.
