Res., 30: 33–36. In order to investigate the effect somatotropin (rbST; Boostin-250) on certain oflactating cows, 30 lactating were divided into 2 groups as control (n=10) experimental (n=20). Experimental animals injected 250 mg rbST 0, 14 28 day subcutaneously at ischiorectal fosse given placebo ml normal saline. Blood metabolites (glucose, BUN, triglycerides, total proteins, albumin, globulin, sodium potassium) hormones T4 insulin not altered by injection.
