摘要: This article presents a method for calculation of the complete casting process, including pouring liquid metal into mold, its solidification, deformation solidified cast, formation airgaps between cast and mold their influence on heat transfer, residual stresses. An original phase-change procedure is developed, valid an arbitrary number pure metals and/or alloys. A collocated version segregated finite-volume used to calculate both flow deformations stresses in solids.
