A phase separation method for analyses of fluoroquinones in meats based on ultrasound-assisted salt-induced liquid–liquid microextraction and a new integrated device

摘要: Herein, we developed a novel integrated device to perform phase separation based on ultrasound-assisted, salt-induced, liquid-liquid microextraction for determination of five fluoroquinones in meats by HPLC analysis. The consisted three simple HDPE (high density polyethylene) parts that were used separate the solvent from aqueous solution prior retrieving extractant. extraction parameters optimized using response surface method central composite design: 589μL acetone solvent, pH2.1, 4.1min time and 3.5g Na2SO4. limits detection 0.056-0.64 μgkg(-1) recoveries 87.2-110.6% muscle tissue fish, chicken, pork beef. This is easily constructed inexpensive materials, efficiency high, approach compatible with Thus, it has excellent prospects sample pre-treatment analysis meat samples.
