摘要: The concordance rate of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) status between core needle biopsy (CNB) and subsequent excisional biopsies the same tumor varies from 81 to 96%, which may cause inappropriate neoadjuvant therapy that impair potential benefit HER2 targeted for patients. This study aimed establish a nomogram predict pre-operatively as an auxiliary diagnosis CNB assessment. Among 4211 breast cancer patients cataloged in Nation-wide Multicenter 10-year Retrospective Clinical Epidemiological Study Breast Cancer China, 2291 with complete relevant information were included this study, further randomized 3:1 divided into training set validation set. was established based on independent predictors positivity recognized by logistic regression analysis validated internally externally. multivariate showed T-stage, N-stage, estrogen (ER) status, progesterone (PR) status. thereby constructed those well histology type. areas under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) 0.636 0.681, respectively. calibration plots demonstrated good fitness prediction. With optimal cutoff value, yielded 80.0% sensitivity, 43.1% specificity 81.1% 49.8% present can provide valuable combined standard assessment, clinicians could make more appropriate decision cancer.
