摘要: Abstract Polysaccharide obtained from Anacardium occidentale L. gum was used for trypsin entrapment using cellulose (gaze) as a support and this preparation applied cutaneous wound healing. Trypsin release in vitro the influence of pH temperature on activity, stability storage time entrapped enzyme were evaluated. The showed that it still capable to even after 48 h. Entrapped presented an optimal 8.6 55 °C, respectively. Also, stable at high (45 °C 60 min) wide range pH, retaining 80% its initial activity when stored 28 days 25 °C. Histopathological analysis mice skin healing under treatment acceleration fibroblast proliferation, neovascularization granulation tissue stimulating effect epithelium formation compared preparations without trypsin. These results demonstrate trypsin–polysaccharide–cellulose could be dressing applications
