摘要: A new single-stage power factor correction (SSPFC) converter is proposed for the adapter application, which composed of a flyback converter, feedback winding and front-end input current shaper. Through winding, direct energy transfer path configured to improve conversion efficiency alleviate voltage stress across bulk capacitor. Moreover, connected through only two diodes, results in low conduction losses. Equations configurations are given design current-shaping inductor magnetizing transformer, operated discontinuous mode (DCM) DCM/ continuous boundary respectively well-shaped waveform reduced capacitor voltage. The theoretical analysis verified by SSPFC prototype circuits with 19 V/90 W output. One achieves high 90.3%, while complying IEC 61000-3-2 Class D standard. With different turns ratio design, can be further improved 0.97 another prototype.
