摘要: In 2007, the European Commission (EC) provided its targets of energy and climate policy framework (“20–20–20” targets), with which EC aimed to achieve a 20% reduction in EU greenhouse gas emissions from 1990 levels, an increase share consumption produced renewable resources (RES) improvement EU’s efficiency. 2014, introduced new key achievements (EU Energy Roadmap 2050, [16], 15 final). On 30 November 2016, proposed update Efficiency Directive including 30% efficiency target for 2030. The aim this chapter is analyse effect use economic growth on pollution within EU. We attempt explore relationship between pollution, analyses environmental efficient indicators local global pollutants.
