摘要: An objective classification for abdominoplasty based on myoaponeurotic deformities is described. Types A, B, C, and D correspond to different deformities. Patients with type A display rectus diastasis secondary pregnancy, plication of the anterior sheath indicated. B present laxity lateral inferior areas abdominal wall after approximation sheaths. L-shaped external oblique aponeurosis performed in addition correction diastasis. C are those whose muscles laterally inserted costal margins. Release undermining from their posterior advancement these muscles, attached sheath, procedure choice cases. a poor waistline definition; muscle rotation associated used correct this deformity. Eighty-eight patients who underwent were reviewed, incidence each deformity was determined population. This study presents practical that permits plastic surgeon critically evaluate which best option considering specific weakness.
