摘要: Objective: Circulating ANGPTL8 has recently been used as a marker of insulin action. We studied expression and regulation ANGPTL3 in vivo vitro. Design Methods: Expression was 34 paired samples human liver adipose tissue. Effects on 1) plasma concentrations tissue (in 6-h euglycemic hyperinsulinemia; n = 18), 2) gene protein immortalized hepatocytes (IHH) adipocytes were measured.
