摘要: The sustainability of rural areas depends on the availability water resources. Mangyeong River Basin (MRB) in Korea faces a supply shortage for agriculture and industry. Based 11-year (2005–2015) precipitation groundwater monitoring data, was evaluated terms natural man-made factors their spatio-temporal variations. A time-series revealed declining trend, but there were different seasonal trends between wet dry periods, with rising trends, respectively. Groundwater hydrographs from five national wells showed temporal located downstream both recharge upgradient local impacts (e.g. pumping), resulting an ambiguous relationship levels. However, other upstream displayed level responses to events, trend. Using standardized index at time scale 12 months (SPI-12) anomaly, meteorological drought conditions compared infer deficit aquifer. SPI results indicated severely extremely during 2008–2009 2015. anomaly various groundwater, which dependent site-specific hydrogeological characteristics. Finally, assessed using budget modelling quality data. Presently, if is used above 39.2% value MRB, occur throughout basin. Considering issues, nitrate being elevated background, this critical abstraction becomes 28.4%. Consequently, sustainable management should embrace human-induced regulate over-exploitation prevent contamination.
