摘要: In order to extract or remove organic acids from kiwifruit juice, we evaluated their separation and transport rates through supported liquid membranes (SLMs). The membrane consisted of an solution composed a carrier (Aliquat 336/Alamine 336) linear alcohol (oleyl alcohol) was loaded on microporous polypropylene support (commercial grade Celgard 2500/2400). These SLMs were (i) in batch cell determine the permeability (ii) continuous spiral module study effects various process parameters – flow feed strip solutions, composition, recycling mode operation juice at natural pH. It observed that there exists optimum for each system: pH 2.5– 3.0 Alamine 336/oleyl pH 4.5 Aliquat alcohol. At this pH the flux citric acid malic greater (6–8 times) than quinic acid. decreased (greatly acid) with rate solutions increased (considerably SLM composition . significantly improved removal efficiency. system retained its performance over period few days. allowed extraction above three (ascorbic removed trace amounts) percent (5%) single-pass processing.
