摘要: Abstract Coal-fired power plant (CPP) site identification and selection plays a significant role in the safe operation of project sustainable development region. This study proposes GIS-modelling methodology for CPP selection. Specifically, potential feasible sites are identified using Geographical Information System (GIS) technique based on spatial analysis many factors, such as roads, available electric networks, fuel supplies land use. Alternative then ranked most suitable selected. In contrast to previous studies, this is among first rank select resolution conflicts between local authority owner, vital consideration process. Instead establishing multi-criteria framework, modelling used, which bi-level model established resolve address practical constraints. Subsequently, interactive fuzzy programming Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm Version II (NSGA-II) applied solve complex site. Finally, application China demonstrates applicability, effectiveness robustness proposed methodology. By considering stakeholder interest energy efficiency, provides method better understanding ensure development. could be used developing countries by making minor modifications some parameters.
