摘要: Abstract Using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) in parallel and scanning mode (STEM) combined with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) the distribution of molecularly imprinted polymer layers covalently grafted on inner outer surface macroporous silica gel particles was observed. The grafting achieved using a special initiator system ( iniferter ) applied well known model producing l -phenyl alanine analide -PA) as template. By staining sample RuO 4 before its embedment epoxy resin cutting ultra thin slices it possible to identify stained matrix by EDX. Based this, complete particle could be investigated visual means according presence or absence layer homogeneity.
