摘要: Abstract Isolated human uterine arteries were found to respond several clinically important vasoactive drugs, i.e., l-isoproterenol, l-norepinephrine, nitroglycerin, and angiotensinamide (angiotensin). Human possess alpha beta adrenergic receptors. The contractile potency of norepinephrine was greater than that angiotensin. Tachyphylaxis occurred with the use reliability isolated quite good, which suggests it might serve as a model for examination actions drugs on vascular tissue.
