摘要: Nature of tourists’ harassment and factors leading to this menace are some the issues with not only negative but also significant effect on growth tourism. This study was therefore set assess nature/types determine problem along coastal beach Mombasa, Kenya. Systematic random sampling technique used sample a total 300 foreign tourists from Nyali, Bamburi Shanzu beaches 100 respondents per beach. Structured questionnaire collect data nature harassment: forms harassment, most problematic harassers, hot-spots for harassment; marital status, gender age, travel experience tourists. Data collected subjected descriptive inferential tests. The prevalent type tourist pestering buy goods services followed by begging sexual respectively. Curio sellers were identified as harassers. Beaches frequent hotspot in Mombasa. Demographic significantly influenced they did vary much terms percentages.
