摘要: In this study, graphene oxide (GO) has been applied as a matrix for enzyme immobilization. The protein adsorption capacity of GO is much higher than other large surface area carbonaceous materials. Its structure and physicochemical properties are reported beneficial also enzymatic activity modifications. experimental proof was done here that GO-based biocatalytic systems with immobilized catalase modifiable in terms catalyzed reaction kinetic constants. It found stability catalase, considered model enzyme, closely depend on enzyme/GO ratio. changes parameters can be related to secondary alterations. correlation between ratio the first time enables conscious control processes their extended applications. biological obtained confirmed vitro by use functional test. addition improved cells’ viability after they were exposed hydrogen peroxide tert-butyl-hydroperoxide used source reactive oxygen species.
