摘要: This work describes and compares two different methods for identifying growth patterns in preterm infants during the second year of development. One method is based on creating anatomical atlases from population subjects within each timepoint using transformation between at timepoints to create average volume change maps. The uses multiple longitudinal intra-subject registrations produce individual These maps are then transformed into a common coordinate system averaged with used atlas creation. We show that there reasonable level agreement both generate plausible implying either could be track development this period growth.
