摘要: In this paper, we investigate a water treatment method that sprays waste droplets into pulsed discharge space. For method, it is important to apply voltages with short pulse width and fast rise the electrode realize high energy efficiency. An inductive storage (IES) circuit using semiconductor opening switch (SOS) outputs similar above-mentioned voltage. We report characteristics of IES circuit. The capacitance inductance in are varied. increase secondary transformer, results formation longer width; thus, ratio thermal loss becomes high. However, transfer efficiency improves. Additionally, vary maximum current SOS, keeping constant, by adjusting inductance. As result, when SOS increased, higher peak shaper obtained. Further, voltage not affected SOS. Hence, density higher. forward increased system owing density.
