摘要: During the past year, characterization of mechanisms and factors capable disrupting nucleosomes during transcriptional activation has been a recurrent theme in studies which address contribution nucleosome structure to gene regulation. In vivo using yeast Drosophila together with biochemical purification schemes perturbation assays have provided evidence for existence multiprotein complexes that are able alleviate repression. At same time, new insights into mechanism heterochromatin formation gained, direct links structure.
