摘要: The close association between telomere length and radiosensitivity has been established by several studies. There is also a hypothesis that may be regulated human protection of 1 (hPOT1) in carcinoma cells. In the present study, hPOT1 level radioresistant Hep-2R cells wild-type were compared, results showed gene was upregulated cell lines compared with wild-type. This suggested expression correlates radiosensitivity. Additionally, an hPOT1-directed short hairpin (sh)RNA plasmid constructed transferred into cells, which lead to shortening, increase apoptosis markedly decreased growth RNAi-Hep-2R line. These demonstrate shRNAs are associated radiosensitivity, maybe potent sensitizer for laryngeal cancer radiotherapy.
