摘要: Abstract Objective To evaluate the effect of hysteroscopic endometrial cavity evaluation and management prior to IVF in patients with repeated implantation failures. Design Retrospective cohort study. Setting Private assisted reproduction unit. Patients One hundred thirty-two a history failures despite transfer at least three good-quality embryos per transfer. Interventions Hysteroscopy (diagnostic or operative, as appropriate) followed by IVF/ICSI. Main outcome measures Incidence abnormal findings clinical pregnancy rate (CPR) subsequent cycles. Results In all, 38% study population had 22.2% women showed significantly increased CPR Conclusion Women after have remarkably high possibility achieving pathology.
