摘要: The presence of a notch at the inferior part scapular neck is common radiographic finding in patients treated with reverse Delta III shoulder prosthesis. It thought that this result mechanical contact between polyethylene cup humeral implant and glenoid pole during adduction arm. This vitro study assessed effect component positioning on glenohumeral range motion 8 specimens. Four different positions glenosphere were tested: centered glenoid, leaving rim uncovered (configuration A); flush B); extending beyond C); tilted downward 15° D). respective mean abduction angles plane −25° 67° for configuration A, −14° 68° B, −1° 81° C, −9° 75° D. Placing distally (test C) significantly improved compared all other test configurations ( P
