摘要: Abstract Using data for 1974–1990 we estimate an econometric model of the Israeli housing market. Novel features include treatment starts–completions nexus, implications capital market imperfections both building contractors and households, effects public sector construction on dynamics We find that price elasticity demand is small, as supply elasticity. This implies shocks to continue affect prices new many years.
