摘要: Methods to determine the semantic relatedness (SR) value between two lexically expressed entities abound in field of natural language processing (NLP). The goal such efforts is identify a single measure that summarizes number and strength relationships entities. In this paper, we present GeoSR, first adaptation SR methods context geographic data exploration. By combining use knowledge repository structure replete with non-classical relations, new means explaining those relations users, novel application measures reference system, GeoSR allows users geographically navigate investigate world encoded Wikipedia. There are numerous visualization interaction paradigms possible GeoSR; one implementation as proof-of-concept discuss others. Although, Wikipedia used for our implementation, will also work any having similar set properties.
