摘要: This paper peresents a mathematical model for the thin layer drying of Viliamz cultivar soybean. The behaviour soybean was experimentally investigated and modelling performed by using models provided in literature. Experiments were conducted at inlet air temperatures 30, 40, 50, 60 70oC fixed velocity 1 m s -1 .
